Profile of separation: the provision of emergency and planned surgical care to patients with diseases of the lungs and mediastinum, pleura, pulmonary tuberculosis and the differential diagnosis of respiratory diseases. In the treatment of patients used high-tech surgical treatment methods with modern equipment in the new operating unit, put into operation in 2014. 

The office is hospitalized, when indicated, patients in clinic offices and conduct surgery patients on free and paid basis.

1) Neoplasms of uncertain or unknown behavior of respiratory organs and thorax:

2) Benign tumors:

3) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, bullous lung disease (VATS surgery - pleurectomy, volume-reducing lung resection);

4) Disseminated lung disease of unknown origin;

5) Hilar lymphadenopathy of unknown origin;

6) Pleurisy unknown etiology;

8) Pneumothorax;

9) Chylothorax;

10) Fibrothorax;

11) Hemothorax;

12) Tuberculosis of the respiratory system;

13) Congenital anomalies (malformations) of the lung.
